ReHouse Bay was launched by Bay County to raise public awareness about available housing resources. The purpose of ReHouse Bay is to help applicants navigate state housing programs and understand specific eligibility requirements. Our charge is to rebuild, rehouse, and revitalize Bay County.

Eviction and Foreclosure Assistance Residents facing eviction or foreclosure as a result of COVID-19 or other income-related hardships are urged to apply for assistance through ReHouse Bay. See the APPLY page for details and to submit an online application. Residents may also apply in-person at the Bay County Collaborative Services Department located at 840 West 11th Street, Suite 2700, Panama City, FL 32401.
